Grape Varieties: Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, Tannat and Touriga Nacional

Vinification: Manual harvesting and selection of grapes followed by fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats and maceration.

Aging: In French oak new barrels for 12 months.

Tasting Notes: Dark red and strong colour wine, ripe red fruits, floral and spices aroma. In the mouth is soft, full bodied, intense with strong and round tannins and a long persistente finish.

Suggestions: Ideal to accompany grill red meats. It should be served at a temperature of 18-20ºC.
