Vinification: Manual harvesting and selection of grapes followed by fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats and maceration.
Tasting Notes: It is a wine with a citrus colour, complex aroma, tropical fruit and red berries. On the palate, it shows some structure, freshness and slight acidity, balanced and persistent.
Suggestions: Ideal for accompanying traditional dishes, desserts and cheeses. Should be served between 10-12ºC.
