Marcolino Sebo, 50 years of dedication to viticulture

Marcolino Sebo is a family business that has been involved in viticulture for 50 years, having been officially established on 15 May 1975.
For over 25 years, there has been a complete dedication to viticulture, with all production delivered to the Borba Cooperative Winery.
With the increasing expansion of the vineyard area and Marcolino Sebo's dream of producing his own wine, the project to create a winery was born.

It was at the turn of the 20th century, in the year 2000, that Marcolino Sebo began vinifying his grapes. The bottling and marketing of the first bottles took place in 2001.
Today, Luís and Sónia continue to run the company founded by their father, with the same passion and constant pursuit of excellence and authenticity.

Our Wine Cellar

Housed in a modern building with Alentejo-style architecture, the winery is an integral part of the family history of the Marcolino Sebo estate.
Based on traditional methods, the most advanced technology is used to ensure more efficient and sustainable production. With around 60 vats, storage capacity totals 1,400,000 litres.
The cellar is semi-underground, which ensures constant temperature and humidity throughout the year, providing an ideal environment for ageing wines.
