Vinification: According to the traditional method of treading in vats, with controlled fermentation temperature.
Aging: Aging 12 months in French and American oak barrels followed by remaining in the bottle.
Tasting Notes: It's a slightly envolved intense garnet colour wine with complex aroma of ripe fruit, jam, plums and vanilla. In the mouth is a full wine, full-bodied, soft, with round and firm tannins with a very persistent final.
Suggestions: Recommended to accompany traditional dishes, desserts and cheeses. It should be served at a temperature of 18-20ºC.
