Grape Varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez and Syrah
Vinification: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels followed by bottle ageing.
Tasting Notes: It is a garnet colored wine with brownish tones resulting from some evolution. Complex aroma, where plum raisins, dried fruits, spices and some toast notes from the aging in barrels stand out. In the mouth it is a smooth and full-bodied wine with round tannins, very persistent and balanced.
Suggestions: Ideal with traditional meats, such as Portuguese stew, kid or roast lamb. Must be served between 18-20 ºC.
