Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature, followed by maceration.

Tasting Notes: Ruby colour wine, with mature fruit aroma. Soft in mouth, bodied, pleasant balance and long finish.

Suggestions: Recommended to accompany grill red meat and traditional cheeses. Should be served at a temperature of 18-20ºC.
