Vinification: Fermentation in french oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: It is a clear and bright wine with greenish yellow color. In the aroma comes a tropical fruit with lime quince and nuts. In the mouth have good acidity, it's soft, complex with notes of jam and vanilla, all integrated in a cool and balanced set.

Suggestions: Ideal to accompany fish and shellfish. It should be served at a temperature of 10-12ºC.
