Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature, followed by maceration.
Tasting Notes: This is a citrus color wine and clean aroma, slightly fruity. In the mouth it as a slight acidity and is balanced as a whole.
Suggestions: Ideal with seafood, grilled/baked fish. It should be served at a temperature of 10-12ºC.
