Vinification: According to the traditional method of treading in vats, with controlled fermentation temperature.
Aging: Aged for 8 months in new French oak barrels followed by 3 months in the bottle.
Tasting Notes: It is a wine with an intense garnet colour and a complex aroma of ripe dark fruit, spices, chocolate and smoky notes. On the palate, it is quite concentrated, with firm, round tannins, smooth, persistent and balanced.
Suggestions: Ideal with grilled meats, red meats and strong cheeses. Should be served at a temperature of 18-20ºC.
