This wine shows a limpid aspect, dark red colour with brown nuances. Ripe fruit aroma, vanilla and raisin sensation. On the palate, soft, velvety, full-bodied, complex with correct acidity and showing the noble tannins, with a pleasant balance.

Vinification

Selected handmade harvest followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature selection and maceration.

Aging

Aging 6 months in new French oak barrels, followed by 3 months in the bottle in the wine cellar.
