Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature, followed by maceration in stainless steel vats.
Tasting Notes: It's a citrus colour wine, fine tropical fruit aroma, lime and pear. In the mouth is soft, with light body and some acidity that gives it good freshness, balance and persistence.
Suggestions: Recommended to accompany grilled fish and seafood. It should be served at a temperature of 10-12ºC.
