Vinification: From the oldest vineyard, with a yield of 3,000 kg/ha, grapes in an advanced state of ripeness were selected and fermented using the traditional method of treading in a wine press, at a controlled temperature.
Aging: Aged for 24 months in used French oak barrels and for 6 months in bottles in the cellar.
Tasting Notes: It is a deep red wine with an aroma of ripe fruit and spices. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied, quite complex and with a persistent finish.
Suggestions: It should be served at a temperature of 14-16ºC.
