Vinification: According to the traditional method on wine press, with controlled fermentation temperature in stainless steel vats, followed by maceration.
Aging: In French oak barrels for 6 months.
Tasting Notes: Violet intense color wine, with a flowers and berries elegant aroma. Results a round wine, velvety, with fine and persistent tannins, with a long finish.
Suggestions: Recommended to accompany traditional dishes, desserts and cheeses. It should be served at a temperature of 18-20ºC.
