Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature, followed by maceration.
Aging: Aged for 6 months in French and American oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: From the tradicional grape varieties Antão Vaz and Roupeiro, this wine has a slightly evolved citrine, floral aroma with a touch of caramel and vanilla. In the mouth it is smooth, with light acidity, body and a long finish.
Suggestions: Recommended to accompany seafood and grilled fishes. Must be served between 10-12ºC.
