Vinification
According to the traditional method of treading in vats, with controlled fermentation temperature.
Aging
Aged for 8 months in new French oak barrels followed by 3 months in the bottle.

Suggestions
Ideal with grilled meats, red meats and strong cheeses. Should be served at a temperature of 18-20ºC.
