Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature, followed by maceration.
Aging: Aged for 6 months in French and American oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Strong ruby colour wine, complex aroma of red fruits and spices, a result of the wood where it aged. In the mouth is smooth, full-bodied and persistent.
Suggestions: Recommended to accompany traditional red meat dishes. It should be served at a temperature of 18-20ºC.
