Modern technology meets empyrical tradition.

The wines are produced at the Marcolino Sebo winery, a modern building with a touch of Alentejo where technology is put to use based on ancient traditional methods. It holds over 60 barrels of various capacities, amounting to a total of 1.400.000 L. Our workforce is composed by a vast team, from grape-harvesting to commercialization of the final product, in collaboration with enologist Eng. Jorge Santos. The wine cellar is partially buried beneath ground level, giving it a cool temperature and constant humidity throughout the year, providing the perfect environment for aging.
