Vinification The grapes were manually selected and harvested and fermented in inox barrel with controlled temperature, followed by maceration.
Aging 12 months in fresh french oak
Tasting Notes A bright garnet colour and aroma of ripe red berries, floral and spice notes from the oak, making it a complex wine. It feels smooth, intense, with firm round tannins and a well structured body with a deep, lingering aftertaste.
Suggestions Best served between 16-18ºC. Ideally paired with grilled dishes and red meat.
